Commentary	南洋における燐鉱採掘に関する業務を掌った南洋庁の機関。1922年4月1日に、「南洋庁採鉱所官制」（1922年3月31日、勅令第百九号）により設置された。南洋拓殖株式会社の業務開始を受けて、南洋庁長官管理下のアンガウル島における燐鉱採掘の権利および採鉱事業に使用する設備ならびにフアイス島における燐鉱採掘の権利を同社に移管し、南洋庁採鉱所は1937年1月1日に廃止された。
