War Indemnity Special Measures Law

Commentary	国家総動員法や軍需会社法に基づく補助金や損失補償金、防空法に基づく工場疎開の費用、軍需品の対価、戦時保険金、徴用船舶の損失補償等といった第二次世界大戦中に政府が負った債務補償については形式上支払う形をとったが、その一方で、100％の戦時補償特別税を徴収して全額回収したため、実質上は戦時補償を打ち切りにするものであった。
