Law for the Elimination of Excessive Concentration of Economic Power

Commentary	財閥解体や企業再建整備法の措置後になお残っている、巨大企業自体が持つ独占的な経済力の集中を除去する目的で、1947年12月18日に制定された法律。本法実施の担当機関は持株会社整理委員会となった。
