Thank you for using the JACAR (Japan Center for Asian Historical Records) website.
Our center will upgrade its website and will change the format of the data images we offer at the end of this September. The details are as follows;
1. We are now working to improve the quality and the usability of our database based on your comments and demands.
2. We will newly offer the PDF format in order to increase compatibility on digital devices such as tablets. The DjVu format we are now offering will stop its services. The JPEG format which we are also offering now will continue its services.
Our center will continue to provide you the information regarding this change when necessary.
