You can select the organizations to search the documents, and also you can individually select synonyms and related words.

（a）The Advanced Search screen will be displayed when you click on the "Advanced Search" icon at the left side of the search screen, or select "Advanced Search" from the search menu.

（b）Please enter the words you wish to search by into the keyword field located at the center of the screen.

• Moreover, clicking the "Browse dictionary" button under the keyword field will open dictionary window, and you can individually refer to each of the terms. （circled by green）
• In addition, the "Organizations" field located at the top of the screen （circled by blue）, "Series", "Subseries", "Subject" （circled by pink）, can be optionally selected.
• You may also enter the time range, when the document was created between, into the "Date" field, or select the series you wish to search by clicking on "Select series".（circled by red）
• You may also specify the search item.（circled by brown）

（c）After you entered the keywords, or selected as above, please click on "Search" icon.
